On Notice

I am a big fan of the "News" shows on Comedy Central. The Daily Show is actually very informative and funny at the same time, and Stephen Colbert is freaking hilarious. Once in a while, Colbert will get frustrated, angry, or just vindictive and put someone "on notice." Basically after someone has been placed "on notice" they have 60 days to come to the show, be interviewed, and fix their reputation in the eyes of Mr. Colbert. If they do not make amends in 60 days, then they risk being placed on another list: the "Dead to Me" list. Once on the "Dead to Me" list, that individual is never thought of or talked about again.

I find this kind of stuff hilarious. Anyway, I came across a webpage that had an "on notice" generator. So, I created two "on notice" lists. If you are on either list, you have 60 days to contact me and plead your case or you will be moved to the "dead to me" list, which of course is bad, but not as bad as the "never existed" list.
So, here are the lists, you have been warned.

Everything is Spiritual

Well, we went to see Rob Bell speak in Indianapolis. It was actually a littl strange. He is taller and skinnier than I expected and he kind of bounced around a lot. But all that is besides the point.

The point was (in a round about way) that everything can be reduced to having a complex, uncomprenhensable origin. That everything, when it comes down to it, has a spiritual link. IT was a intellectual discussion. In fact, it may have been over a few heads. But for the most part, I think he made a good argument that faith and science do not need to be enemies. In fact one can compliment the other.

He said that the message would eventually be available on the web, so I won't go into a ton of detail, but i will post some pics.
